i seriously hate my tuition and room bill

My baby brother made my day today. Well actually he’s seven. But today he had baseball practice and so he got all ready to leave at 6 but then he realized that my dad was sick and so he just let him sleep and he came and asked me for a ride. I told him okay and to go ahead and put his things in the car. When I was getting into the car, hajoon already said “thanks for the ride noona. You’re the best”. It caught me off guard and made me realize that he’s already learning to appreciate things in life. His words made my day haha. Hes really a bIessing in my life. That and…. I guess I just taught him well :)

Five guys is the spottt

I went to five guys today with hajoon and I was wearing one of my retreat shirts that had a picture of Jesus on it. The cashier before taking my order asked me “who is that on your shirt?” I said “it’s JESUS!!!!!!” and then he’s like “Thats who I thought it was! What church do you go to?” and then i had to think of what the English name was….”the community church of Seattle in bothell!” “oh, what denomination is that?” & then I had to think really hard… “I think we’re Presbyterian” “oh really? Wow. Do you believe that the Lord God Jesus is your savior? Do you have a personal relationship with Him?” i said “yes. I do.” and then hajoon was like “me too. He’s our one and only God” and then he asked me “how old are you?” I said “17” and then he was like “oh wow you are so lucky to have met Jesus at such a young age. Im also a servant for him and i just want to remind you to Never ever let that love for Him change and yearn for something else.” I could only reply with a “thank you”

Then he asked me what I would like.

But idk this encounter at five guys really gave me a coincidental reassurance. Idk I think my fire is starting to flame again which is such a blessing cause ive been burnt out for so long. But all I wanted to say was thank you burger joint cashier :) you made my day and possibly saved my faith with a little encouragement
